Question about applying for PAL/RPAL

hello everyone, let me start off by saying how great of a community this is and I spend hours a night crawling these forums lol.

I just finished my firearms safety course this weekend, and now i have to wait approx 4 weeks to get my test results back with the proper stamp on it. I read almost every thread in the newbies section and seen a few people asking the same question i am about to ask but no real answers. Can I send in my Pal application to get the ball rolling and then send in my test results when they arrive??

i am from Ontario if that makes a difference.

Hmm i thought I read full thread but i will read it again must have missed it.

Wow it was right in the first post and I missed it, well going to get my picture taken tonight and send it in :D:D
