I have a Cynergy been shooting for 10yrs or more. The ejector cam link broke and, of course, lost the ejector retaining pin when it happened.
I did recover the ejector part. But now i understand it has to be fixed at the factory.
I assume I will need to send it to Browning Canada. Or is there somebody that can handle it located here in Ontario?
Has anybody had experience with this kind of issue?
Also is the first time I will need to pack and ship a non-restricted firearm anywhere in Canada.
any advice or insight would be helpful
thanks

Call Browning Canada in QC, as far as I know they handle repairs or at the very least can direct you to an authorized Browning repair centre in Canada. You can probably take it to somebody like the fellow in King City (Steve?) only an hour or so from you and have it fixed there also.

A d you can expect it to take up to a year to get your gun back from why I hear. They've had my new CXS for almost three months a d I e yet to e en hear what they will do.

Receiver and forend tolerance too tight caused the receiver to get gouged. Supposed to replace the gun. It who knows !!

Everyone I know who's ever dealt with Browning service says the same thing, it's pathetic !!

I think most gun manufacturers that sell in the Canadian market have, at best, poor after sales support. I have heard good reports from friends who had problems with their Berettas and took them to the Stoeger facility, east of Toronto.!!

I had an undersized recoil pad on my Cynergy and spacers that didn’t fit. The Canadian Browning agent acknowledged it was off when I sent photos. I could never get them to offer any solution so gave up, sorted it out myself.

Browning Canada usually tells you to contact their gunsmith, he's in QC.
If you want to talk to him, his contact info is...
Alain Bouchard...(819) 826-6611
