Question about "DOMINION 12GA 2-3/4" - LOW RECOIL ZINC SLUG"

I have question about this ammo. What kind of slugs are these? Will shot ok with a smooth bore with no choke?

been eyeing these for awhile, don't use slugs to often but ended up buying a case... thanks guys
