question about First Focal Point scope when changing magnification rate

I got Falcon 4-14x44.
when I watch thru it and change magnification rate, reticles changing size (bigger or smaller).

Is it how it suppose to be with FFP scopes ?
I am 99% confident that YES, just want confirmation
