Question about grouse season end dates in manitoba

Hi,

I have a resident game bird license for here in Manitoba,

now it says it expires on march 31, 2011,

but the hunting guide says when the season starts but not so much on the end of the season

could someone clarify the end of the game bird season here in manitoba?

I have really gone over everything and I'm just not sure. I could only assume the end of the season is the same as the expiry date, right?

Don't think so, grouse here in Alberta is over before January 1st, maybe even Dec 1st. FS

Take a look at page 42. It says end date of Dec 12. Ptarmigan Feb 28

I was out looking for them in snow shoes last weekend, no tracks, no luck. Clearly they have been tipped off with the seasons end.

I saw that dec 12th, but I couldn't see it on the website when I looked
