Question about Optilocks

Does anyone know if the plastic inserts inside optilock rings are available to buy as replacements?
I can't seem to find them listed anywhere. I have 2 sets of 1" rings that have come on rifles I have bought over the years that the inserts were missing.
Be nice to replace them to make the rings usable again.

You can make them useable quite quickly, by simply winding plastic electrical tape around the scope tube where you want to position the scope.
