So i have my M&P, and my LTATT, can I now go to the range? Or do i still need to wait for the registration certificate in the mail?

If you picked it up at the store, then they gave you a transfer approved document. That IS your registration until your actual comes. If it was not that way, then they would be breaking the law in issuing you an ATT to take it home & allowing you to pick it up.

BC CFO says NOPE! transfer is only good for the trip home. After that transport is per terms on your LTATT, which (in BC) says you can only transport R.F. which you posess the reg. cert. for.
I asked.
Twice.
Same answer both times.

You guys got it bad in other provinces, here in MB you can buy the firearms, and the same day, within 30 minutes you'll have your STATT, LTATT, and Reg. I was in Jo Brook and this guy literally came in, and 20 minutes later, was legally able to go shoot at the range, which he did.
