Question about rifle twist rates.....?

Hello everybody,

Just a quick question about rifle twist rates for 223 remington bullets. What is the best twist rate for 53 grain in 223 remington? What about 62 grain in 223 remington?

Is there a good barrel twist rate that could work for a range from 50 grains to about 68 grains?

Just trying to figure out what to get a for a rifle purchase.

for accuracy you want the slowest twist rate that will stabalize the heaviest bullet here is a great article about twists in a barrel
