Question about TATT in Ontario ?

I just joined a gun range in Ontario today. I have already taken my handgun safety course, but I do not have my ATT yet. I was told to come back to the range on Teusday of next week, when the proper person will be there to do the paperwork to send in, for my ATT. Can I get a Temp ATT for Teusday, so that while I am there doing my paperwork to get my full time ATT, I can go shooting for a couple of hours? If so, does anyone know the Phone #, because I can't find the right place to call in Ontario. All I have found was a fax #. I have a CZ75 9mm handgun, that I have bought several months ago, and would like to bring it with me if its possible to go shooting. I have heard that it takes something like 6 weeks in Ontario to get a ATT.

Sorry for question, because I am sure its been asked a thousand times by now.

For short term ATTs you call the CFO Ontario (who also handle LT-ATT).
You can call the 1-800 RCMP number and ask to be transferred to the CFO Ontario.
 
So basically I can`t shoot my gun until I wait the 6 weeks or so until I get my ATT

Thats so stupid. They are almost promoting people to take there gun into a farmer field or in the backcountry and to target shoot illegally, although that should be legal also, as far as Im concerned.

Must be a liberal making those rules up.

I dont understand why they wouldnt issue me a Temp ATT, for the club that I am a member at, and I have already taken my handgun safety course, and basically I am just waiting to recieve my ATT.

Absoloutely ridiculous if they dont issue me a temp ATT. I will call tomorrow, and post my progress.
