This is such an outdated issue as to be basically non-existent. The bolts were re-designed waaaay back when this first came up (8 years ago ish), and this only affected the very first batch of TAR-21s when running commercial ammo (from what I recall anything mil-spec worked perfectly fine). There's no reason to run it without the firing pin spring unless you revel at the prospect of an AD.So I heard recently that slam firing is a thing with the Tavor, if your firing pin doesn't have that spring on it. What is the percentage of that happening, assuming it's true? I know there are a lot of factors, but let's say average use.
