question for crosman 2289 owners

Hi guys as the title says I have some questions for you guys. Im thinking about picking one up and I have some stupid but important questions for you guys. I only really have CO2 powered pellet guns because im a cancer patient (testcular and lung cancer) and the chemo and different tests sometimes make me to weak to use break barrel rifles, even though im 19 years old, so I wanted to know how many pumps does it take to get it to its max power (im hoping its under 12 pumps) also does it still have the same accuracy if I only pump it half the number of times. Im only shooting at paper targets that are max 35 feet away.

for paper targets you could get away with 5 pumps im thinkin. i know i could take out a pop can with that. 10 is the recomended max pumps.

also you might want to try one before buyin it, it does take a good bit of effort to pump the thing. more then a lot of break action ones
