Perhaps this question is more suited for the Optics forum but most of the Falcon Menace 4.5-18x56 users are more likely to see my question here I suspect.
I've searched for some pictures to answer my question but I'm not finding anything... I'd simply like to know what the approximate width of the line of the reticle is at 100m at 10x (Enhanced Skeleton Long Range Mil Dot). Can anyone make an estimation off the top of their head?

assuming the dots themselves are the standard 0.2 mil, I'd estimate the width of the line to be about 1/4 of that. So, 0.05mil, or ~.2 moa

I am wondering about the quality of Falcon Menace VS the Super sniper scopes, it is about the same level of Quality or different, any input?

The original Merlin series was built much the same as the SS scopes and was equal to, or better in quality depending on who you talk to. Falcon Optics has continually increased the quality of both their scopes and glass as the model line has progressed. The current line, in my opinion (which may be slightly biased :) ) is much better than SS quality. Not to mention the fact that once a SS enters Canada, it is very hard to get warranty service on it.

Perhaps I'm wrong but hasn't the SS line been discontinued? So it would be fairly difficult to find a NIB scope, and perhaps the price (not value) has gone up as a result...

SWFA still advertises this scope, so I am not sure if they are discontinued or not.

As for value, or price as you put it more accurately, supply and demand will always affect the price. Since they can't be purchased new or imported legally here in Canada, they have always commanded a higher price, usually $100-200 over US retail. Not to say that every one of them entered the country illegally, as there are many floating around that have been here since before the export limitations were imposed by the US. However, since those restrictions have been imposed, SWFA being the sole distributor has outright denied their access to the Canadian market.

Now, a scope doesn't appreciate with age, so the scope being discontinued "shouldn't" drive up the price. It's rarity may. With the amount of comparable, if not better, scopes in the same price range, I can't see why the demand for this scope would continue.
