i want to buy a new pistol but i want to make shure it is a ( production class pistol not standard) as the sellsman and some folks tell me it is production and websites and other folks tells it is standard class! :confused:wana make shure!!

is the cz75sp01 shadow a production gun or should i buy a cz75sp01 or a cz85 combat??

thanks!

If you lower the hammer manually before the first shot (ie: when you start the stage from the holster,..you draw the gun and fire the first attempted shot as DA,...than this would place you in production division. IF you load the gun and keep the pistol in SA with the safety on (ie: you draw the gun and disengage the safety and start to shoot) you are in Standard division. IF the calibre in 9mm,..you are scored minor...your hits for C and D are worth less than if you shot a .40.
.40 is considered a major calibre,..and hence is scored differently

Major = A-5, C-4, D-2
Minor = A-5, C-3, D-1

ALL production guns are scored as minor regardless of what calibre you decide to use.

Pistol classification

You can't go wrong with CZ SP01 Shadow for Production Div........even if you decide later you don't want to keep it there's enough demand for it you can resell without losing much on it
