Question for other Tenda customers

I have waited almost 2 weeks once after a huge sale... but a couple times had my order in 3 days. Great place to buy from.
 
Ordered December 14, received December 27. Alberta. Would order again, it was Christmas inbetween...
 
Tenda is good, unfortunately their selected shipper Canpar is horrible. Expect it to take at least two weeks and tracking may show it at the depot with no updates for a week, if you are lucky it will update the out for delivery day.
 
I’ve gotten my parcel before the tracking was even updated. They are a little slower when doing a big sale but always out within the week
 
I have an order Canpar must have forgotten about. Shipped Nov 30. Arrived at sorting hub Dec 2. Hasn't moved since. It's about $3000 so hopefully they don't lose it. :)

Most orders take about a week with Canpar from Ontario to here in BC.

I love Tenda I'm local so driving 40min isn't to bad, picked up a beautiful Russian SK

You know who takes forever to just process and order Brownells... Like jeeeze
 
Ordered Dec. 11 and received only one package out of two Dec. 27. Still waiting for the second one. Hopefully I will receive the second one after New Year

We usually ship out within 2-4 business days, once the package is out of the door, you'll be receiving notice via email with tracking numbers.

Just curious. If I haven't received the notice via email, could the shipping be cancelled, and pick up the order in store?

This.
Have had nothing but good interactions with Tenda, but Canpar is a joke.
Still, even if I have to go to a pick-up location, has never taken more than 5-7 business days.
 
Ordered boxing day, shipped Jan 2 and Canpar delivered Jan 3. No complaints on delivery. Only issue I have now, some of the order was back-ordered, but strangely never mentioned until the received the invoice in the package. Email seemed to indicate entire order was filled.
