Question for P320 buyers since the may announcement.

Just hoping anyone that bought a p320 since, could chime in on how many magazines their gun came with and the model they bought?


Myself and a few friends all bought the same model of p320 mind you they came from 3 different retailers,

One came with one magazine, one came with two and one came with three.

The only difference between the guns is where they were bought and one is the safety model vs the two no safety.

Interesting to decipher which is proper, I’m assuming 3 since the case itself says 3 mags…
 
Sig M17 with manual safety came with 3-10round sig mags. Any less than that, someone’s lifting magazines from the box.
 
It should say on the box label. The 320F-9-B-10 lists 2 x 10rd magazines.
Having said that, it appears that some distributors have made deals with US suppliers to fast track imports. They seem to have taken SKUs with regular capacity magazines and either removed them or tried to replace them with 10rd magazines. In some cases they were short and it is reflected in the box. If your label lists 3 x 15rd magazines, and you received 2 x 10rd that is a possible scenario.
 
My P226 DA/SA Legion came with 3.
The M17 I'll see in God knows when has two.
And the P320 X Series that I'll see after God knows when, has two.
I know there's been a 320 mag shortage as of late and I don't doubt at least one retailer may have scooped a few. Can't blame them really. But three mags minimum for every pistol is a good place to start.

How many should the W320AXGF-9-BXR3-R2 come with?
 
For what its worth, this was the text on the Sig label on the side of the plastic case:

W320F-9-M17-MS-BLK
P320, 9MM, 4.7IN, M17, BLK, STRIKER, SIGLITE WINS PLATE, MOD POLY
GRIP, (1) 17RD (2) 21RD MAG, MANUAL SAFETY, RAIL

So at some point the 1 x 17 and 2 x 21 mags were replaced with 3 x 10. Either way, I'm thankful to have gotten three mags given how hard they are to find.
 
Just got my M17 from al Flaherty it came with 3 fde baseplate mags.
Glad it did because descriptions were contradictory.
All handguns should come with 3 mags IMO 2 is insulting. Who uses a gun with just 2 (10 rounds on top of that) mags.

One of my 320s came with 1 magazine box said 3, retailer said too bad..
another came with 2 and box said 3. Retailer said that’s how it is.

####ing joke is what it is, it’s clear someone on the Canadian side is stealing this ####.

If my spectre comp doesn’t have all its mags, I’ll be pretty angry.

Considering how hard it is to find p320 mags and how expensive they are when you do I wouldn't be surprised somebody somewhere is going through boxes and grabbing a mag or 2. And there's nothing you can do since everyone involved will just say that's how we got them.
Would help if boxes were sealed from factory but I've never seen that. Any reason the importer or retailer would need to open the box or case?
