Question for PEI hunters

Hey there, Islanders,

I may be getting a job offer to move back to PEI soon, so I naturally started checking the hunting regs.

I noticed one that says it's illegal to have a loaded gun in a boat. Does that mean no kayak/canoe hunting, or just no hunting from a boat under power?

no boat under power , until a few years ago the boat had to be anchored / grounded but it was changed . if i am chasing a swimming /diving cripple however personnally i don't feel it should apply .

I was toying with the idea of getting a peddle boat, keeps your hands free!

I actually saw somw great peddle powered kayaks that take almost no effort and are quite agile but at $3000 I will have to wait.

Back in the days of sneak boats I think they were pedal powered.
