Question for Quickload Gurus

I just got Quickload. I have Quickload OBT as well.
I have been watching a bunch of YouTube videos and running simulations.
I see that Quickload has "Barrel Time" and "Percentage of Efficiency".
Does anyone use "Pecentage of Efficiency " to pick a powder for their caliber?
How about using "Barrel Time" and the OBT to pick a charge weight?
Am I wrong with this approach?
Another important question is how far to stay away from maximum pressure (psi)?
I'm just learning this program so any advice will be appreciated.

The percentage of powder burnt number can help determine what powders you might select.

I have been looking at fill and burn percentages as well.
