Question for the experts. Tikka T3 .223 to .22-243 Middlestead Rechamber?

So i have a question for the Experts on here.

If one wanted to rechamber a Tikka .223 to .22-243 Middlestead so as to have a fast twist Middlestead to shoot the heavy for caliber bullets....

Would it be as simple as a Rechamber,Bolt face opened up and buying a 243 Mag or would there be more to it then that?

Would it be cheaper in the long run to get a 243 and have it rebarreled?

Just curious.

Might be easier to try and find a .473" bolt than opening the .378" bolt, but yeah that's pretty much it. Oh, and trim the bolt stop if required.
