Question for winchester dealers - can you special order?

Hi :) I have a Win Model 70 Extreme Weather in 30:06 that I really like. My only complaint is that it only has a 22" barrel. I was wondering if you can special order rifles from the factory - I sure would love to have one of these in 30:06 with a 24" barrel.
 
Wnichester doesn't make a 24" SS barrel in .30-06. No custom shop either. If you really want the extra 2", you could have a cu$tom barrel installed.
