What is the purpose bolt buffer?
I mean they sell some in some kind of plastic,why people are changing them?

What is the avantage?

To reduce to slam of metal on metal parts.

It also makes less noise cycling because its hitting synthetic and not hard metal pins.

A buffer will cushion the bolt as it hits it's rear most point of travel.

The stock bolt stop has little cushioning effect & is noisy. It is hard to describe the actual improvement until you try a gun with the buffer. It is a very inexpensive mod & a good buffer should never need replacing.
