Question regarding AR180 upper for build

Hey guys, I've got a SPEC180 lower all built, looking for an upper to put on it.
I've been having little success finding stripped or standalone MCR uppers which I would like to get due to having some reinforcement against wear, and I want to stay away from the OEM WK ones because it's aluminum with no reinforcement, will get chewed up by wear rather fast I hear.
I did find a full steel WK upper on TNA which I find interesting, but I'm not sure if it would fit. I attached a pic just in case.
Does anyone have experience with this specific upper in relation to the SPEC180 lower or just in general? At this point I figure my 2 options are either wait for the Lynx180 upper to come out or get this, unless I manage to find a standalone or stripped MCR upper.

Hey sorry for the delayed answer, I managed to get my hands on a stripped MCR upper.
The SPEC lower should be for MCR as well. I was wondering however if I needed special takedown pins to attach the upper and lower together or if the same pins as. WK (from TNA's store) would work?

Not sure what the rear pin is (I'd ask Wolverine/Spectre/TNA) but the front pin on a WS-MCR is just a standard AR-15 front take-down pin.

Also, where did you manage to find an MCR upper? I could use one, haha.
