Question regarding barrel rating for Kel-Tec RDB

Hello all,

Earlier this week I picked up a Kel-Tec RDB with the 20" barrel.

I've heard some conflicting information regarding the barrel rating. The barrel itself is marked 5.56, yet I've heard people mention since it's a "Canadian" 20" barrel, it's actually only rated for .223. Perhaps they are referring to a previous batch that came to Canada that was only .223?

Can anyone give me their thoughts?

.223 marked barrels are marked .223 for export reasons. The barrel is .556. I would bet my left nut on it.

I'd go with what is stamped on the barrel.
