Nope.

It would be a 4" or a 5". You would get some different lenghts in a single action design.

S&W makes some 5" barreled guns, Ruger has a 4 5/8" SA. There are some S&W K frames with 4" barrels that were actually measured instead of just verbally designated and they came out just over the 105mm mark, but they're pretty rare. I've measured every 4" S&W I own (and I have a few), and none of mine make the cut, as it were. - dan
