can I reload the CCI silver or gray 38+p brass they look very fragile, i have maybe 300 hundred and dont know if I should just put then in the garbage, also can I use the normal 38 special brass to reload +p, I reload for pistols already but not for revolver.thanks

"...CCI silver or gray..." Aluminimum cases aren't reloadable.
"...can I use the normal 38 Special brass to reload +p..." Yep. The +P cases are stamped that way to avoid confusion in the factory. Same brass otherwise. Mind you, +P ammo isn't of much use in Canada. Target ammo it isn't.

If they're shiny, they're nickel-plated and can be reloaded. If they're dull grey, they're aluminum (and should say "NR" on the headstamp), they're not reloadable.
