What would u guys think would be a good scope for a 300 win mag that's clear and good for long range and wide view that's not a tone of money

Everyone has their own idea of what a ton of $$ is.
In optics you really DO get what you pay for.
Good, Clear and cheap are seldom used in the same sentence.

Sightron or Vortex are good options that are reasonable in cost for what you get.
Depending on what think long range is would also dictate the quality of optic.
Higher magnification decreases field of view, this is especially noticed in cheap scopes as clarity also diminishes with greater magnification.

A decent variable can be had for $600.00 that will serve most purposes and from there the sky is the limit.

I have been wrestling with price, clarity, eye relief, FOV, short bush cutline, and long range to about 500 to 600yds. I keep landing on the Burris six x 2-12 for a 300wsm. The field of view is stated at 50ft @ 100 yds which is very respectable, and it appears to have good light transmision, at dusk. It isn't a Swaro, but seems pretty darn good. I have been doing a lot of opinion reading and haven't heard a lot of bad about the Burris toughness either.
