Questions about the Leupold FX-1 4x28 rimfire...

It doesn’t say discontinued on the Leupold site, but I can’t seem to find it anywhere. Has anyone seen one sitting around?

We sell a lot of these. It seems that many are thinking people don't want a straight 4 x RF scope but we have trouble keeping them in stock.

Does anyone have any comments on the friction-lock adjustments on these, vs the click ones on other scopes like the vx-1 2-7x28? Does this thing reliably hold zero?

I bought a brand new one about 25 years ago and put it on my Remington 541-S, then used it for thousands and thousands of rounds gopher hunting. Excellent glass,
always tracked perfectly, always maintained zero, never any issues of any sort. One of the best scopes I have ever used, very highly recommended.

Will order once I figure out the right rings for this with my CZ452.
