Questions? Can I buy Roni before I got my Rpal

I’m new to this sporting and just waiting for my RPal.
I just wonder if I can buy Roni ( for glock) before I got my licence since there is discount now
Also can I buy it from internet post it from USA?

No transfer won't go through. No you can't order directly from the US. You have to go through an importer such as IRUNGUNS.

Since it is not a gun, you can definitely buy it. YRS Inc. will ship to Canada but you may have to pay duty.
I got a Roni last year this way. RPAL is not a US requirement.
