I ship meat from Saskatchewan to Ontario every year, via Greyhound. Been doing so for over 10 years, with no problems. May be anywhere from 75 lb (max per container) and upward. Cost is usually under $100 ...depending on quantity of meat, number of containers, shipping location, destination, etc. Generally takes no more than 3 days to ship from say, Saskatoon to London Ontario area. I recommend a sturdy, large capacity cooler. Coleman makes a good one. Make sure meat is well frozen. Adding dry ice also helps, but I've found that step isn't always necessary, if the meat is hard frozen, and you use a good cooler. Make sure the container is clearly labelled, including phone number. Some provinces, Saskatchewan being one, also require that the contents of the container, if wild meat, also be labelled. Hope this helps.
