First, How about the quality? Compare with harris

Is it rotatable or not?

Can I use it on the rifle with a sling swivel?

BTW,there is a mistake on the website, they marked the full size one 5.5-8, the Compactable one 5.5-7, but they should be 7-11" and 5.5-8, right?
 
Great deal, Not as good as harris, but less money, no rotation, uses sling swivel to mount & has adapters for picatinny rail.
 
Im pretty sure they're the same ones I got from china off ebay, excepted marked up.

If they are the same as mine, Then go for it, cause they're great quality. I had no regrets getting mine.
