Quick Detach Scope Mount?

I've been trying to find a AR-15 style flap-top scope mount with a QD lever feature so I can remove the scope with out having to mess with my flip-up sights. However, I've found that most of the mounts from the US are under ITAR and they wont ship outside the states.

Are there any Canadian or international retailers for these mounts?

Thanks for the suggestions.The ADM style is what I'm looking for, are they also available for 1" scopes too?
