Larue does not ship to Canada any more and there are no more Canadian distributors.....................................

American Defense QD scope mounts are pretty solid. You can get them from OST or Brownells or directly from AD.

what about the Leupold quick release system in the weaver style. I use them a lot on my takedowns and seem to work fine even in the heavy calibers.

I second the Leupy QD rings with the throw levers on each ring. I have them on a .308/Vortex/20MOA EGW rail.

If you order from American Defense direct make sure you request non-UPS shipping. My last order was about 260 dollars and I got RAPED. UPS charged additional 110 dollars in fees. If I remember correctly import tax was 33 dollars and UPS fees were about 77 dollars.
