Quick Question about HUnting License

I took my Safety course and passed about 3 weeks ago. I now need to go buy my buck tag for my guided hunt Nov. 5th.

What do I need to do in order to get my tag? What paperwork do I need?

I dont have any 'card' like a PAL for instance. All I have is a yellow copy of a piece of paperwork stating that I passed the course.

Please let me know, I am getting everything ready in the next 2 weeks for my first big game hunt so obviously I am excited

Take the yellow paper to the closest MNR office and they will issue you a paper license that will tie you over until your outdoors card arrives. I can't remember if they want anything else, so make sure to bring other ID and your PAL as well.

Are you saying the MNR will want to see your PAL before you are issued a license? Are you sure of this?

Yes, I am from AB and this surprises me.
