So I just got in some Sierra 168 match king bullets I have IMR 4895 and 4064 according to the Sierra load data 40 grains is the start load for both achieving 2500 fps at 2.800 coal I will be useing rem brass and cci primers has anyone tryed these loads or similar ? Is there a tried and true powder weight to work up to ? Or book velocity ?

"...Is there a tried and true powder weight..." Nope. You have to work up the load for your rifle. You'll likely find the best accuracy at the higher end, but not always.
Beginning with the starting load, go up by half a grain to the max load. Loading 5 of each and keep them separate. Stripper clips work well, if you have any. Otherwise just mark the case. Then shoot off a solid bench rest, at 100 yards, for group only. Change targets for each load.
IMR4064 gives more consistent accuracy than IMR4895.
Remember that you must full length resize every time and watch the case lengths and OAL.
