That depends on what you intend to do with them. Even if they are all of the same specs, (and I expect they are), they will be from different pproduction lots and material lots. If you plan to obsess about thousandths of an inch in your groups, then keep them separate. If you insist on loading to some imagined "pressure signs" with loads that exceed those in a good recent loading manual, keep them separate.
But if you plan to load rounds you will use for shooting practice, and for hunting, then yeah, throw them all in the same bin, process them all the same, keep the loads slightly under max, and you'll be fine.
