Quick Ring Question

Hello, I just purchased an Elite 4200 3-9x40 from a fellow CGN'r to go on my Browning A-Bolt .270 Win. It has Weaver bases on it, and I am wanting to install Burris Signature Zee rings.

Is Medium as low as they come, and if so, would they the right height to avoid contact with the barrel, while keeping the scope as low as possible?

I am having a hard time finding the answer to this, so I thought I would as the collective knowledge of everyone here.

If you use the Burris Zee rings without the insert come in a low ring. Thinking the med set up that you are wanting will not bring the scope up too high.

Ya, i dunno.....No one near me carries them, closest might be 1.5 hours drive one way. I might have to order them, i would just like to know before i order.
