Can anyone notice what in this picture identifies these cartridges as reloads over factory new? (It is noticeable in this pic.)

Bonus question, what cartridge is this?

EDIT: There are 2 things. Identify them both.

I will answer when I see the correct two things. The cartridge type is a bonus.

That did not take long. There is such great knowledge on this site!

The discoloration ring near the base shows the brass stretch from re-sizing. And the rings on the neck show it was a bushing for the neck sizing.

The contrast in this picture really shows these two things. But if you look at it in person, these two things are hard to see (photoshop was used to edit the original picture).

Anyone for the correct cartridge?
