R.E.A.L. bullet for pistol?

Santa was good to me this year. I got a 50 cal 320gr R.E.A.L. bullet mould. Now this was intended for my Hawkens rifle. But is the bullet recommended for my CVA Hawkens pistol??? And what load????

That's a pretty heavy bullet for the pistol, given the amount of powder it takes to get it moving well. I would think no more than 30-40 gr. What do the max pressure loads look like for the pistol? At 40 gr you might not hang onto it...

Right now I use 70gr of FF with a .490 ball and patch. But I will start with a lighter load and work my way up. Thanks.
