R.E.L. 22C sighting scope

I finalized a deal with a fellow to buy nearly all his rifles, reloading stuff, ammo, books, and misc. items. Among the "misc." goodies is a pristine R.E.L. Canada "TELESCOPE,SIGHTING,NO.22C MK.II with equally pristine metal case. The seller's father would have purchased this many years ago.

I have one of those too, with case. They don't have a ton of uses...I think they were the sighting scope for a Bofors or a Churchill tank or similar.
Some of the other scopes had lenses that could be repurposed for a No32 sniper scope, but not the No. 22.

It was for a 6 pdr. anti-tank gun.

I had one for years, couldnt give it away, finally dumped it in a trade deal with some other stuff

I like mine...it goes along with my other REL stuff. I don't consider it worthless.
