I send in my PAL & RPAL two months ago, it never showed on the site and I had no joy anytime I called them.
They send out a letter with a new form to fill out and return as apparently the one I printed off last year from their website was no longer the valid format, I had compared the two before I sent it in and could discern no noticeable differences other than the questions being on different pages.
After speaking to them to verify that they had my safety certs etc on file they said all I had to do was fill out the new form with references etc and send it back in by November.
My question is: Im about to move to Calgary from BC and Im wondering whether to use the new address in Calgary when I get it or to use my BC address and have it forwarded, and then update with my new address when the PAL is issued?
I understand that there are issues with the BC CFO but Im not sure how to proceed & I dont want them to come back to me again because I didn't follow correct procedures.
