I just got an R55, it seems really sensitive to action screw torque, I was just wondering if anyone had pillar bedded one yet. Any thoughts or suggestions on it?
Have thought about it and thats about it. The action is flanged and sits on the stock so would have to relief some wood for it to fit right and have not had time.
If it helps believe recommended torque is 24 INCH pounds.
If you end up doing it please post what you used for the pillars.
