Rabbit Sausage Recipes?

Have a fair amount of Snowshoe Hare in the freezer (planning on adding much more this winter as well) and was wondering if anyone has a good Rabbit Sausage recipe.

Found a few using Google but nothing that really stood out.

Can you find a copy of Joy of Cooking? Pretty sure it was mentioned the last time (OK, a Looonngg time ago) that I saw Rabbit Sausage being made on a TV Cooking show. Either Two Fat Ladies, or perhaps it was Julia Child....

Suspect that you can do about whatever suits your palate, as long as you get some fat into the mix. Gonna depend a lot on exactly how willing you are to freestyle a little in the kitchen, or if you really feel compelled t stick exactly to a recipe. If freestyle does not scare you, look at the chicken, or straight pork recipes, and see how you can fit 'another' white meat into them.
