Semi-auto only, 5-round mag, 20" barrel, anyone know if it is prohib? It says it's a semi-auto only version of an AKM, but is not a direct variant of an AK.....

I don't see any reason it would be prohib. if the valmet hunter isn't........

Clearly an AK variant.

The valments are exempt because apparently the natives use them to hunt. Valments are for all intents and purposes AK variants but were specifically exempted.

Sounds like a Saiga clone to me, i.e. AK clone.

The Norinco Hunters are prohib, this is merely an AKM with a thumbhole stock and no muzzle threads or bayonet rug. The wood looks amazing...drool...
