We have been offered one of these tents. New Condition, 12' x 12', 9' tall. $1550.00 plus shipping. Is anyone interested?
If it were cheaper maybe..... I bought a 12x14x9h heavy canvas guide tent with frame/fly/stove built to custom specs (3 zippered screened windows and a screened front door with heavy door flaps, super heavy zipper and buckles plus 6 foot side walls)...and a framed 8x12 covered fly porch area out front...brand new for about 600 more than that. My wife and I can get it set up in roughly 30 mins or so....its a really awesome setup
Not bashin that tent at all, but it might be better at a better price....
just sayin, as I ended up spending the extra after looking at all the surplus options out there...IMHO were all overpriced for surplus... too close to the price of a new custom option
Just an opinion from a guy who was seriously lookin for a good bush tent at the time...and I looked at all the options before making the final decision

Ha yea, it would get some looks for sure, but price is too high for surplus, like slim said, all the surplus tents etc seem to be over priced! Maybe they are made of a super special material or something!

Looks way to LOOSE on the Frame ? Can it be fitted to be tighter on the frame ? Big Dump of WET Snow and ?? Then WHAT ? RJ

That's perhaps how the RAF oiks would set it up, but you'd have it properly pegged out. (If that picture is in Frontier Firearms premises obviously they haven't got enough room to do it right.)
