Hey guys,

Now i know 10/22 barrel replacements wont work on my M22. Was wondering if any of you heard about a Canadian manufacturer selling any bullbarrel /heavy barrel to fit this model. As i understand, this is the only part on the M22 that is not interchangeable with the 10/22.

Dealers are welcome to chime in. Especially Dlask Arms, *hint hint* a production run would be awesome.

None that I know of, but SFRC hinted some were being made. I can't see it being worthwhile for a manufacturer to make these, not enough on the market.
Now if someone would make a sleeve so you could use 10/22 barrels that would be a better option.
Take down screw threads are different from 10/22 so you need to use the OEM screw if changing stocks, and scope mount holes are threaded different.
 
You're right about the take down screw, but i didn't know about the scope mount holes.

Is the placement the same tho?

Oh and great idea about the sleeves, seems that would be a great alternative for the manufacturer and a very economic one too compared to building/producing a whole barrel.
 
I didn't know the scope mount holes were different either. I have kwik-site see through rings and I installed them with the screws provided. They went in fine.. Did I just ruin the threads on my receiver? :(
