Hey Folks -

I am looking for a replacement set of covers for my new AR. The ones that came with it (LMT brand) shift back and forth about a 1/4" when attached...

I was considering Rail Ladders... but Magpuls XTM rail covers look like they do not add a huge amount of bulk.

Does anyone have a recommendations / experience with the XTM's? Do the shift around once attached?

Thanks!

- J.

XTMs are great! Or also the regular ladder rail covers, I found the Magpul ones to be a softer rubber than the Ergo ones

Do you know of anyone who carries LaRue in Canada?

The hunt for a Troy grip is not looking positive... I was also considering the LaRue model.

Nobody...
But I personnaly like the KAC rail panels that OSTS has

Joe at CQB services might take a while to get back to you for your grip
He is a one man show

Cheers

Surefire makes the best ladders IMO as they are softer and cotoured for even nicer fit.

BTW.... F@ck LaRue and their "patriotism" Its not like us Canucks are going to leave our warm igloo's to invade any time soon and here's to your great economy as well. Pretty sick and tired of being treated like the enemy when we are supposed to be their largest allies.
Rant over....I feel better now.
Hey NEA going to start making mounts ant time soon? LOL

I thought the Magpul ladders were made by Ergo...

They are, but I have a couple of sets of each, I ordered a Magpul set from DS Tactical, and then I got a set of the Ergo covers with another accessory that I had ordered, and the rubber wasn't as soft.

Not that I'm saying they aren't as good, I just found the Magpul ones a bit softer.
