rail mount for bipod

I would like to find a rail mount for my hs precision htr if not the next most solid mount and opinions on the best type of bipod

Don't know about your budget, but there are some great bipods out there and I can't recommend enough the BT Industries ATLAS Bipod. great product and even better customer service, but they cost a bit more than your usual Harris or versapod setups so it depends. But you are getting what you pay for

The same company also makes rails that mount to your two forward sling studs.
