Rail Mount, Rings and DM kit for Remington 700

I just bought a Remington 700 XCR in .223 and was browsing the internet looking for a few accessories but thought before I made any big purchases I'd ask the community what worked best for them.

I want a good set of rings and a rail mount. I don't want a cheap set but I also don't want to have to put a second morgage on my house. I was looking at the EGW Picatinny rail.

I was also looking for a detachable magazine kit. The kwik klip was an awesome price but apparantly rattles a lot. I've been reading that DM kits for smaller calibres have problems?

Also any tips on a good bipod. I'm pretty much stating from scratch here.

The Kwik Klip isn't available for short actions, and the alternatives like H-S Precision are much more expensive.
