Railed fore end for m4 style ar15?

Hey guys,

This is my AR15.

The upper receiver is one of the Questar mystery unbranded receivers. So it is a 16" barrel with a front tower and a carbine length gas system.

Can somebody recommend me a good railed fore end that is compatible with my rifle? Preferably something under $250.

Both DD mentioned above and Troy makes a DI (i.e. drop-in) rail for AR which requires no tool to mount. I had the Troy before and it mounts solid. They are both at the similar price range and I believe OneShot carries both of them. You would not go wrong with either choice.
 
Quick question about the DD fore end above.

Will the rail on the fore end line up with the rail on top of my receiver?

E.G. if I were to mount a scope Could you attach the forward ring to the fore end and the aft ring to the receiver? Would that cause an issue?
