Railed forend - Norc 14.5" mag fed

Has anyone ever installed a railed forend on one of these? If so, what brand did you use?

I've got a Fab Defense 870 forend, but it doesn't quite fit over the action tube of the Norc (at least without some sanding and fitting, which I prefer not to do.)

I've had some poor results sanding polymer before. Any suggests re type of sandpaper, grit number, etc? Thanks.

80 grit then 100 then a little dremil work

Thanks. Just out of curiosity, why doesn't it fit right out of the box? Is the Norc tube larger diameter than the 870? I thought it was pretty much a clone.

Yup the norinco tube is a bit bigger. I used a wood dowel( a broom handle would probably work) and wrapped the sandpaper around it till it was a good fit......didn't take long.
