Rails/handgrips that will properly fit a Norinco CQA

Before I had bought a PWS mk110 I had wanted a quad rail for my Norinco CQA. However, I've talked to some at the range who had said that the Norinco weren't milspec (apparently the Delta ring is too big?) so that they had to take it to a gunsmith to have the quad rail to fit properly. Does anyone have had problems installing a quad rail on their Norc?

Since the PWS mk110 is go to AR at the range I don't want to spend too much money replacing the default hand guard with something that would allow me railed accessories like a bipod. Has anyone had any problems installing the Magpul MOE Hand Guards?

The Troy alpha rail works great if you decide to go low profile.

If you decide to keep the front site, the Daniel Defense Omega rail works well.
